• $65.00/hr(per cleaner) with a minimum  $185.00(covers 3hr) + travel fee
• Recurring services are based price  at the time of the in home estimate with a minimum $165.00 (travel fee waived)
• Move-out & after constructions with minimum $260.00(covers up to 4hr) + travel fee
• Commercial service are based on free in person strategy session  
• + Travel Fee $40.00 
• + $40 fee for last minute cancellations (less than 24hrs)

Recurring service: 
We always customize our services to your individual needs and calculate how long each cleaning should take using a variety of factors as :

• Square footage of your home
• Priority checklist
• Surfaces to be cleaned
• Cleaning frequency
• The level of upkeep between cleanings
• Number of pets and children in the home
• Different levels of clutter
• Location of home (local service area vs extended service area) 

Discounted rates for regular cleaning services that are set on weekly , bi-weekly or every other 4 weeks and so on. We do require a free in home estimate to offer you the best price that fits your need.
Also we provide eco- friendly cleaning products up on the request at no extra charge.

​Hourly service: 
All the cleanings that are charged by the hour : we require a priority list to follow, our cleaners will start at the top of your list and work their way down, completing as many items on your list in the specific time if limited.

A few tips  on how to save money on house cleaning:

• Book regular cleanings. Rates can be lower if you sign up for a once-a-week or every-other-week service instead of once a month.
• Purchase your own supplies. You can save $5-$10 per cleaning by providing your own cleaning supplies.
• Choose only certain services. Excluding services like laundry, dusting, or window cleaning can save cleaners time and save you money.
